I believe I have it. I probably have made changes and deleted cars from it though.

I see. Were these cars from the original GTR2? Nonetheless, was soliciting settings as I found too much centering.[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] wrote:This is just a collection of resources, not a mod necessarily[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] wrote:Can you guys share your FFB parameters you use for the mod? You can find the ff94 ALMS 2000 mod in this thread. The mediafire link there should still work.
- Code:
http://gtr2-endurance.forumotion.org/t219-update-alms-2000-mod-by-ff94?highlight=ALMS+2000
The Discpad cars I found in this file over at TrippTeam's server (warning this is a direct download which will start as soon as you click the link):
- Code:
http://tt.servegame.com:100/GTR2/CARS/A-F/ALMS%202000-2004.zip

Thanks for the ALMS 2000 link, but the TT server link only have the ELMS 2001 skins, FIA GT 2005 and PrototypesSCC mod.

The Discpad cars are definitely there in that file. They are in the PrototypesSCC folder for some reason. Under the folders LMGT1 and LMGT2.

Re: The Definitive ALMS Resource
Love this but I can't make some skins work - as some packs don't even have a readme file. Tried with the FIA GT 2000-2009 / LMRT / GRID cars and they just don't work. I don't know which mod to use or if there are files to edit / delete. Here's a wee list :
ALMS Porsche Skin Pack. Car name appears but there's no model.
Saleen Acemco ALMS 2004 : Same problem.
Lamborghini Krohn-Barbour Racing : Same problem again.
And the 05 Spyker ALMS shows up but whenever I try to race it : CTD.
I'm kinda lost. Any help would be appreciated

I put above the links what mod is supposed to go to what, spyker and Porsche require the enduracers mod. 2004 Saleen is either the base simbin or enduracers. These skins are no plug and play for the FIA 00-09 mod as those have modified genstrings if unless you know how to modify car files to make them work.

Re: The Definitive ALMS Resource
I've just recently added the saleen and lambo cars. I had some conflicts too and probably didn't have the right mod. The problems are either a 'new.cas' file or a genestring number. The actual cars actually do work with the standard simbin models.
Go to the car file of the mod cars and compare the first 4 stat lines (actually as I've just done it, I know you only need to do the first 3 (audios are fine) with a standard simbin car. Most likely it's the .cas file. However if that isn't the problem it's the genestring number.
Just out of interest I was looking for the later acemco car (63). I thought I had it, but I can't find it. Does anybody know if it's available?

Re: The Definitive ALMS Resource
The Acemco Saleen that's included in the '04 pack is for the Enduracers mod. So with it's template mapping it won't work at all on the Simbin model. There was however a Simbin version of the 2004 car done by Colvin35 who did the other 2004 cars, as well as the 2005 Acemco and Graham Nash Saleens (last GTS cars missing for 2005 and the pair of LNT TVRs are the only ones missing for GT of that year.) which were also done on the Simbin model a long time ago.

Re: The Definitive ALMS Resource
You're right I don't have that car working.....I gave bad advice there. Sorry. I'm sure I had it working a couple of weeks ago though.
I'm actually really really confused with all of this now. What mods are what and what mods I have. It's not clear cut for me, so I doubt it is for this other guy.
Is the discpad mod the enduracers mod?
Does anybody have the 2005 Graham Nash ALMS car?
And I'm also looking for the LeMans ACEMCO (66) car? Does anybody know where to find it................I thought I used to have it....

Discpad is all base simbin stuff or possibly LMRT, I’m not sure.
For 2005 I think I have the graham nash car for base Saleen.
