Here is an adjujsted physics for the R8 LMS 2015 (Includes updated engine based on Uli's, Two gerabox sets ( original from SIlversun's release of the car and optional with one of real gear ratios set) ,HDC file with correct mass, inertia, top speed, fixed minimum rideheight (like SRO) and tyre file with real tyre dimensions. Test it and let me know the results What a Face

On a first try, it seems the car reached top speed at the end main straight of Monza.
I kept the physics as they are and just changed the front and rear wings drag lines to 0.0 if that's what peter.edding did..
FWDragParams=(0.0,0.0,0.0) and RWDragParams=(0.0,0.0,0.0) but pretty sure all of them don't need to be at 0
gear ratios could extend and car will go 300+

when i read this "real tire dimensions"

you have to add the values to fit the tires of the games car, with just changing the values there to "real" dosnt mean the car is driving real as there other values what have to be changed... because if they dont fit the tires are hovering over the ground or sink into it or you will have an extreme camber! just with adding the right weight and engine power you wont have a good physic... Wink

its still a game and often you have to move away from "real" as it wont work right...

remembers me on the last files i got called "changed to real values" where my car was hovering instead of driving...

Test mine option at Monza (you will reach around 275-280km/h in the end of main straight which is close to real). In real life teams use only three fixed sets of gears for all season. One is available in my pack called "Opt". Looks not bad at Monza.

I agree with you that the car will not drive as real if just add real tyre dimensions and some other things. But I havent a technical manual for the R8 2015 to rework whole car physics. Of course, sometimes you need to move away from realily, cuz it's just a game, but in case if I have something "real", I'll try to implement this instead of the values taken from the sky Smile
