Lovely Skins all work, but mine seem to have a chrome finish for some reason, is there something i can do to fix that?

All skins are lacking Alpha channels.

AMS cars will generally have such a shiny chrome finish if you don't add an alpha channel. Using alpha channels, skins can be made less shine, or matte.

@Mezmaryse @raphaelnariga could you guys fix this? Not to hard to fix for someone like myself, being a skinner too, but there will be a lot of people who might struggle with this

An alternative solution is to change the Cubemap of the carshader...
take a less shiny one and your cars are looking fine....

will be fixed. i didnt take into account that the ams and rfactor cars of the ecc mod have different shaders . i will apply it by friday

I have a problem with the Acura skins using the Ultimate GTS rfactor mod. When trying to load the car the following error message occurs: " Error Loading Mesh File. AcuraNSXGT3_RIM_LF_Unknown_Token_3.GMT to memory" Is there something I need or is there a fix fore this. Other then this problem the skins are fantastic in this mod.

don´t know that mod because rF is dead to me.
It seeems that there is a genstring entry in the .veh file which can´t be found.
try to delete the 3rd digit in the .veh file to ignore the rims.

I'm assuming this is the Ultimate GT3 Mod that I know of. There are only a few EEC GT3 cars so for example, there is not a Porsche. I believe the Acura/Honda is the same. You can't use this skin with the veh file it has in that mod because it is ultimately a different car. The ones which should definitely work are any cars with EEC in the folder name, usually seen at the end of the folder name.

I know this seems inconvenient but I hope it helps.
