Hello guys, I have a slipped disc at the moment that realy nags me hart. I hope to be back in 1-2 weeks.

Hi all, many thanks ! On friday I got my first infiltrations into my spine (Vienna AKH) and it seems to help realy great. Get some more the next week. Now I'm at home and get a lot less heavy drugs against pain and get a bit active now. Doctor says in one week I'm recoverd and only have to go three times a week to therapy 
PS: To prevent this in future I have to do more sports, minimum three times a week two hours. I think a good tip for many of us who spend a lot of hours sitting by the PC
