Got plenty of reports about the Z4 and Ginneta being very fast so I added 20kg, was very small BoP juist to see what happens, seems fine now

i think the problem of both was not the laptime, more the toppsped compared to the others and i dont think they are "slower" now... just slower on the laptimes...

uli boped the viper with -20kg because it had some problems on corners...

Want to limit it on gears instead? Going to need some time to do so, and will have to be done on all cars then

This should go with both the offline and for the GTS league, but what are the difference between the .gen files for the cars. I'm assuming it the difference between all the lights but is there a "genstring help" for the .gen files? Usually I'd load up all the files in 3dsimed so I can quickly go through all of them but with the files locked, that isn't possible.

the lights work together other parts of the car like the different bumpers with hole and without and with the endulights... on some cars also with the chassis etc

the explain is on each genstring explain file the lights part

this system avoids that you have to change 3 digits on the genstring to add endulights and you dont have lightglow on a bumper where no endulights...

Windscreen banners report!
I checked all cars and banner from cockpit view don't work in BMW Z4 2010, Ginetta and Camaro, also in all Fords (also in GT1-based Lambda) It shows only small stripe on the bottom

dont worry on the fords theres just that small stripe... dont know if this is real and the ford has something inside or sms made a modeling fail... as it looks like the cockpit dosnt really fit the car from the outside and some parts are very strange...

Just searched for some videos. On this one you can see that banner is more visible but still not the whole one.

on the gte corvette for example its impossible to add like i did it because there it is like a huge box -.-

i dont wanted a huge amount of work and also something where the painters dont had to make an extra file, like on the original cars from shift2 you have a extra texture for the inside banners and nearly no painter really painted them... -.-

have you guys/ or anyone checked with V.1.0 of AMS? today i started up and game just crash back to desktop, geht ueberhaupt nichts, as soon as delete EEC GT3 (my only mod) it starts up with splash screen and back into game...??? wtf? anyone having similar problems?

just can write about the beta v1.0 but there it works fine dont tested the normal game as i started the donwload a minute ago...

working fine here with all mods no problems

Did you try reinstalling it? I mean the full thing, the shared textures included. I noticed AMS is strange with that file, when I was updating the hdv to include AMS features the mod would start giving gmotor error after some changes so I had to put the shared textures back there from time to time

This is a question i've always had, is the Porsche Cup Car supposed to be as fast as the GT3 cars or is it just a case of the car just sort of being there?

Yeah, the car is "just there", kind of. Would be nice if it could use Boxer Cup physics
