in the Photo : Marco Antonelli (I) with BMW M3 E30, Max Pigoli (I) With Opel Omega and Luca Canni Ferrari (I) With Ford Sierra RS500 all presents in the CIVT 1992 Pack exept Opel Omega

those look like DTM cars   , the BMW is a Sport Evo with the extended rear wing and very likely the 2.5 L engine, the Opel is defenetely DTM

Yes, but my sheer sensation is that, sooner or later, this mod is going to become a 80s and 90s TouringCar Encyclomod, absorbing TCL mod (which, in its rfactor version, is evolving with new cars, just google) and all the classical DTM mods. Just my two cents but it would be great!

well guess master Simon has to decide if it will "absorb" group A too     , DTM classics mod for example really  needs an "overhaul"  like removing exaust smoke,    or have proper  transparent interior and some other little things fixed also add some of th missing cars like the Opels

Didn't realize you are one of those working on TCL overhaul thanks to you and all those who are woinking on it, wonderful job even if I don't play not that much rfactor and I really hope to see that work for GTR2 too one day. Do you refer to Opel Kadett E too?

I don't plan to go that way, not with implementing older cars to this mod at least. Anyone who wants to make championships that use cars from this mod and others can do.
The handful of older cars in the mod already are here to complete the few seasons that required them (early BTCC, ASTC and more modern stuff like HSCC).

The next pack from me will be NATCC 1996-1997. 1996 is done and the 1997 cars are being improved with some new logos.

I think that the supertouring mod should be kept on its own just like Simon said.The civt 1992-1991 did have entries that were supertourers so it would make sense to feature these.

the 1991 CIVT   looking at the list  just no 61 and 62 seems super tourer

and for 1992  maybe some of those M3 are Super tourer but I guess most may be DTM spec

BTW I searched for a Toyota E90  3D model and there is none for a potential south african 93 season

and frankly except Farouk Dangor M3 all the skins are rather ugly or you already have them in other packs  so a seaosn not that worthy bothering about   ,

Well Renxo has made the class 1 cars that could be a separate mod along with whatever available cars from class 2.

no plan are not DTM ... the omega had the same regulation be DTM ... but remain Supertouring .. the ford Sierra RS500 and the BMW M3 E30, were the same that were in the BTCC in 1991 and 1992 ..
the Alfa Romeo 155 GTA was a 2.0T Q4, while the Alfa Romeo 75 being older with a telaion less powerful had been brought to 300 hp ..

with all respect    those cars are not super tourers , maybe 2.0 L but not super tourers

the Omega has the big DTM wing like this   which was illegal on a super tourers

those  M3 also have the DTM spec rear wing extension which was illegal on the super tourers


the real M3  "super tourer" had the normal flat rear wing which was used on the Group A and road car

the M3 "super tourer" was itself not really a super tourer  but a converted Group A car   accepted as stop gap measure until the "real" super tourer came    , if you see all the real suepr tourers are 4/ 5 door sedans , not coupes

I guess you could publish them in the private area, but it's only up to you and I think everyone will respect your decision Nice work!

Can someone who has regularly updated the mod just upload all the .tyr files? I was messing with the AI multipliers and accidentally cocked it all up. (notpad++ replace all can be a pain in the ass)

Alfa Romeo 155 GTA needs aileron changes which mounted to the DTM in 1993 .. and with Q4 4x4 Traction

For the problem of rules, why not just taking the skin on super tourer 155 without rear wing and just create 155 4x4.HDC ?
For the omega, why not taking the car and just delete the rear wing ?

Started on the 1998 Macau Guia Race.So far i have done the Team AIM Primera,Team IMSP bmw and the 2 pink WK motorsports peugeots.I will do more entries tomorrow and upload preview photos.

yes  not a big losss probably the only car I would voluntarly not want realistic physics  

more sense would be the 2  door Golf III   GTI which is already in GTR 2 in race version , only some small 3D edits required like front bumper and rear exaust

the problem is I am notsure if this was super tourer as it's a 2 door hatchback, no rear wing even after 95   , it may have been a rally kit car allowed to boost up grid numbers in those strugeling series  

Not realistic physics, fun driving or more performance than real season ?

I know this car but I search golf mk2 because it's the mk2 in CIVT 92 and I need this car for my season 90-92.

I tkink the golf 3 is kit car because ZX from FFSA 96 is kitcar and the golf is enlarged on the picture. I am french and I have always see touring car vs kitcar on racetrack or in french rally
