How can I make mods for GTR2?

I have been searching for hours online looking for any advice to make mods and tracks for GTR2 but I have not found anything useful.

Regarding your search, I don't know what you have searched but when I put "modding" on the search button above, I see many threads and the most useful is: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
