Help me find a specific car please

Hello Everyone,

I was on youtube and come across a channel by the name WINGNUT and he was playing GTR2 that i never known existed! but more importantly he is driving a car on the game that i actually own and have never seen one in a game ever! so i have the game and i also have power and glory, but for the life of me... i cannot find this car.
It's called a Vauxhall Viva HB GT.
On the Youtube channel, he has the title as Viva GT so i guess that's what it may be listed as on the game.

Any help on where i could find this specific car/mod for the game would be much appreciated and how to install it.
