Desperate question about tyre spin

hi, i recently downloaded a car mod, but when i was playing, i notice that the tyre rotation went slow. When I opened wheels. GTR files i noticed that theres only 4 gmt files about tyres, Extrange thing because i opened other wheels.gtr files from other cars and everyone has 4 files per tyre. I opened wheels.gtr file with GEeditor but unfortunately i only can see dds files on that file (GTR), GMT files are locked. I also tryed to edit .cas file where i could find "wheels" part. I whrote new values like other .cas files but didn't work. Conclusion: When the car is slow or fast, the tyre still spin at the same speed, my theory is that there's gmt files missing inside "wheels.gtr" file. Another thing, i can't import new files to .gtr file, it happens only with that car. Can anybody help me with this tyre problem?
