So I think it's safe to say that I'm effectively done with modeling this thing, I thinking about adding the components from the base car to the body since we won't have to worry about having gernstring options on this. Unfortunately, here comes the part where I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, first issue being trying to import the wing and splitter separately from the rest of the car. And after that I'll have to figure out how UV Mapping works, so I'm not out of the woods yet

I'd make a copy of your file and to export them seperatly just open the copy and delete everything but the splitter and export then do the same for the wing and body. You'll have to do the smoothing in 3DSimEd though. Im still figuring out UV unwrapping myself.
Might want to modify the headlights too, they are a bit sunken into the body more as well as slanted.

You can steal a motec from any stock GTR2 car. I stole mine from the Viper for the NSX since I didn't wanna try to make the original one work.
Speaking of which...

More adjustments need to be made but its 85% done.
Incredible work Troy it looks like that NSX can also be used for a late 1990's JGTC mod

Do you think someone who has more experience with getting this stuff in game than me can download my models and check them out, I have a feeling I've screwed up big time.

I have to redo the body and vents because I merged too many parts together, live and learn, I guess

The floor you have to move in 3dSimEd, for reflection, you have to tweak last number in ReflectPlane in cas file.Sylphide wrote:BTW does anyone know how to fix this showroom expo? I cant figure it out.

When i was making the JTCC aswell as Thailand and Macau supertourers whenever i didn't have translation i simply put write generic words like "racing" on google translate and use those.
The car looks freakin AMAZING. Great work!!

Here's what I'm gonna include in next update:
Trailer by Ermis as a new game intro:
And an overhaul for Bucharestring trackside objects - I'll try to make it look more like a city - of course all new buildings will be placed sort-of where they should be.
Here's a small example:

Lukasz those screen shots look great of Bucharestring
But different "Scene Lighting" will make it look so much better
Try this and tell Me what You think (copy and paste) or just use the whole GDB file

Your welcome Lukasz
Those new screen shots look great
That's one of the things this track has always needed (more detail)
MotorFX did a great job updating it many years ago but it lacked that depth
on the other side of the walls it looked like all the buildings were facades

Starting to get 1997 going...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
BTW does anyone know of a 97 spec front end for the 993, like the addon that LMRT has for the Roock front end?
