He previewed a car, didn’t really clarify if it was WIP or just showing it off and someone asked for clarification and he got mad for some reason and still didn’t clarify in his answer and now they both got mad. Atleast that’s how I read it.

From my point of view it was not necessary to brag with a photo of a private mod and to provoke questions.

i read this thread here... did you really think he deleted his one because of that stupid discussion?

If you have followed the thread it looks like this. Anything else could have happened only off topic. All in all quite strange. And a bit sad.

short story.. a few eec memeber got pissed becuse some of the work they ripped and workd on got ripped to ac. Some ac payware scammers that set a paywall behind it.. triebie and a few other seized to be active at eec becuse of that and community activity here is getting lover .


I guess they have their reasons but mainly it wasent their own scratch modeled that got ripped. They ripped from somewhere but released the mod here as free. Ac scammers ripped it from eec and earned money of it.. Tribie probably did his own 3d touches, mapping and texture work. Nothing he wants other to profit on without his consent

So where has everyone gone now cos this site is like you said slowly dying

I think I have to clarify some things.
The decision to delete his account was Triebie's own decision.
I didn't force him and the admin didn't either. The striking point for me
was, that he was spoofing around with his screenshot of a car that
was obviously not available for any race sim and at the same moment
visible in AMS. And then saying "You have to try with that babe"
it really turned my stomache. As a man of 55 he really should behave
as a grown up man and not as a child. It would be better if people
post only things they are willing to share. It isn't necessary to show pics of
things that are not available or maybe only available for special people. We don't need that.
I will always speak out against people that show off and besides I didn't use any bad language
against Triebie. Maybe he was putting himself under too much pressure.

He had been wanting to keep most of his stuff private recently.

Regardless the time of modding community’s in racing sims I believe is fading. Of the current gen only 2 games are moddable and one of them is rather complex and tedious to do. The future doesn’t look anymore open as AMS2 doesn’t appear to be moddable either.

And let's be honest... the fragile ego most modders have dont help in these times.
Those that like this stuff imo should be more flexible nowadays not less, it's a bit stupid to keep that same mindset of 10 years ago (and it was already stupid back then lol)
I mean this more to ppl ripping stuff, their behavior is just ironic... especially when they rip from modding teams selling stuff made from scratch

And still the track download link is not working.

Does anyone have a working link for this track that got to download it beforehand?
