Peugeot 406 STW Update by Stimpy

Note: This is NOT the same car which is included in the Super Touring World mod.

- updated skins
- some updated car-file settings, eyepoint, camera and exhaust
- updated calipers, backfire position and improved discglow settings
- updated material settings wheels, lightcovers and windows
- added wiper in cockpit view
Extract and copy into you're GTR2 folder, some files can be overwritten.
Needed Files: none
