some stuff is just fast with the tool converted and has a lower quality, if you want a good looking track for example you have to download different versions of a track and try them to find the best looking version for gscex some are older and dont have the new gscex shaders, search for tracks with the name addon gscex or gsc 2013

Thank you! I have just gotten into GSC and most of these mods seem awesome!

but remember, not every mod or track is made for gscex! some mods are converted for the older versions of the game, gsc or gsc2013 so for example a track wont have the new shaders... so if you want to download a track search for every available one and check the namings, like patricks tracks are named with gscex so you will know its made with the right shaders
