[Update] Blancpain Endurance Series 2012 v1.1 05.02.13

install instructions:

download the gt3 base mod
download all files from the blancpain mediafire folder
unpack all
copy into your game
have fun  

all files you need are in there, 1 teams folder with all teams from blancpain endurance season 2012 and the championship and sim gdbs, 1 talents folder with all driver.rcd and 6 tracks

yep , well done !!  

Now I'm playing a 4 Round Spa-Frankorchamps and note that bots are some slow on Camel straight.

Then I make setup that allows 6 gear on the straight,named it BES-Spa and put into Locations\Total24Hspa folder.

It doesn't works.

I've tried a variety of svm. file names like AI svm. BES-Spa.race.svm make a BES-Spa folder in locations and put them into it, put all variants of settings into Team\car folder-doesn't work.

Patriot please, take some advice how to make bots see my setup.

I've tried
For example EEC GT3\Audi R8 LMS folder

BESSpa.svm
BES_Spa.svm
Audi R8 LMS.BESSpa.svm
Audi R8 LMS.BESSpa.racesvm

And then I DISCOVERED!!!!!!!!111111111
BESSpa all that you need to write

That means you don't need to write svm on the end of name,at Windows 7 at least

How to fix, where is the startgrid stats?

Other safety cars(Ferrari F 458,Maserati) causes Visual C error(thats with 4gb patch)

This is typically a numbering or naming issue, meaning you have two (or three) cars on the track with the same number or the folder name for the car is too long.

How to fix -


Find which cars are showing as safety cars, and add an extension to their numbers like so -

09050_FERRARIF430_body1.dds
Change too -
09050XX_FERRARIF430_body1.dds

You have to change this to all associated dds files, as well as go into the .car file and make sure to add that extension to the "Number" line.

If the safety cars still show, check the folder name, it may be too long.

If it reads - 2009 AF Corse Spa Ferrari 430 #50

Change it too -

2009 AF Corse 50

**These are just examples from an old mod, so the numbers and folder names will be different, but the procedure will work with just about any mod **

It could be a matter of identical cars in the mod itself, so the extensions will need to be added OR changed.

Thank you so much, all involved in the production of this mod, it is the answer to my prayers!!!

My only slight problem is that every so often, especially with the Spa 24 hours, as the 'Race Weekend' is loading, my GTR2 crashes with an Unexpected Runtime error message.

Has anyone else come across this or know how to solve it? (Bearing in mind that I am not a MODer!)

If not, I'll work around it and avoid the races that cause the crash.

Run time error means not enough memory (usually). You need the 4gb patch for GTR2. And ofc at least 4gb ram.
But the base mod was updated, not sure if these skins still work on it anyway

I asked PATR10T about it once and he said he took them down to avoid people getting isiues because of mixing the old and new mod
