Firstly, you won't have it by default, because it's disabled. To enable it, right-click your desktop shortcut for GTR2. Then where it says target that will show you the file path of where your GTR2.exe file is located, in quotation marks. To the right of those quotation marks you need to type in -trace=30. This will enable the trace file, but you might need to load the game and quit one time to make it work properly.

Did you install the correct mod for the skins or just the skins? You can check that too.

Over at esportracing.de user SiGi is working on updating the Grid and GT mod. Grid 6.0 has been posted with updates as well as some of the GT cars. He also updated the BES and Adac GT 2012 mod (from V2.3)

I havent tried them yet. Anyone has?

I've tried his Grid Mod updates (both LMP and GT) and for what he's done they are quite good. Definitely makes the interior of the cars much nicer to look at.

that's because the link is still the old one I think. If a link isn't working most of the times a new version is out. In this case 2.3 is released, but without the correct link here.

In the meantime I've also installed these updated versions and indeed some of the cockpits look much better. Also some other parts have been improved (lights, Motec)
some cars I don't really see an improvement but overall it's worth having this version over the GMT version.

In Chrome from this page I always open the link, every link, in a new window. Once on the zippy share I just hit download with left click to desktop.. When the download is done just close each window. Seems to work better without re-directs and pop up locks.
