Hi Craig,
As I'm not a specialist, I don't know if your CLK sounds are realistic for the CLR model ?
Thanks in advance for your reply...

None of those sounds is realistic or even close to that, he should better get back to skinning.

The CLK sounds are not 100% realistic as pointed out here, they are merely a conversion of Automobilista 2 sounds. I do have real samples courtesy of Greg Pontius that might go in the game one day but that's not being worked on currently. I actually got pretty tired of trying to get these CLK sounds to work so they are pretty rough. AFAIK the CLR used a slightly different spec of engine, but I am no expert.

Taking into account that the engine block is the same (but enlarged), sounds may fit perfectly => [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Latest:
- Chevrolet Camaro Z28
- Ford Mustang (First Gen, Alternative, much more "raw")
- Pontiac Trans Am
- Porsche 911 992 GT3 RS
- Subaru Impreza RX
Next week will have some modern F1 cars, hopefully GT1 cars the week after that and then some SGT stuff for the end of the month. I'll probably not add much else until June to focus on other stuff.

Yes I don't mind, I'll put you the link in pm or here directly?
Could you one of these days if you have the time, explain to me how the sounds work on GTR2/Race07/rFactor with the lines where there are the revs because I never understood ^^.

This was just a quick one I found on Trackaholics of the "Dallara DW12", I think there is a better one - somewhere...

Whatever works, I don't mind. I've thought about doing something on my YouTube, it is a criminally neglected part of modding for the GMotor engine. I was teaching someone so I might translate those notes into a full tutorial one day.

Re: PassiveObsessive's Sounds (Latest: Ferraris, GT3s)
GT1 week, so here goes:
- Aston Martin DBR9 GT1
- Ferrari 550 Maranello GT1 (Prodrive)
- Ferrari 550 Maranello GT1 (Italtechnica, this was taken from the hillclimb videos, not sure if it's accurate)
- Ferrari 575 GTC
- Ford GT GT1
- Gumpert Apollo
- Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 R-SV GT1
- Saleen S7-R (the onboard sounds are not great)
I do have the Maserati MC12 GT1 sounds from AC converted, however, they just re-used sounds from their other cars, so I haven't released it, if there is enough demand, I will put it up. My Ferrari sounds are suitable for the Maserati as it used the same engine.

Well to conclude the collection for a while, here are the Super GT sounds:
- Honda NSX-GT Concept GT500
- Lexus LC500 GT500/Toyota Supra GR GT500
- Nissan 400Z GT500/Nissan GT-R R35 GT500
- Nissan VK45DE "JAF-GT300 GTA V8" (formally called a "GTA V8", but it's just rebadged, yes, a similar spec to old LMP2 if you wish to use it for that)
- Subaru BRZ GT300 (as stated, this uses a WRC engine in real life, hence why it is nothing like a normal BRZ)
- Toyota Supra GR GT300 (the Lexus 2UR-G engine, onboard has been improved since the video was recorded)
The Nissan GT500 will be getting better onboards in the future.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I'll see what I can do in the next week or two, cheers!

With the growing list of sounds you've made, which are all greatly appreciated, the first page of the thread is now becoming almost impossible to navigate without heavy slowdowns due to the dozens of embedded videos.
I think it'd be best to remove the embed code and just leave the links to Youtube instead to make sure it doesn't take 15 minutes for it to finish loading.

Agreed - I'll change it up when I have the time, it's certainly not great as it is.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Tried your sounds, I only saw one engine sample (unless I missed something?). In my experience GTR2 doesn't always love one sample stretched across the whole rev range, but it can be made to work if necessary. GTR2 is a fussy mistress.
