Help Needed With Championship Manager

If things were normal I would be using V1.62 of Championship Manager but at this time I can not get it to work since I have installed it
after getting a username created since I would have all of the required directories to run it but nothing instead since it basically ignores
the obvious of the required directories even though they are present.If it helps I have tried both outside of and inside of the main GTR2
directory but no sucess.
