Rf2 and URD content

Having been without a pc since last july I am finally back up and running. I've been playing some rf2 and am looking at what new mods/old mod updates have been released lately. Reflecting back would the URD stuff still be considered worthy purchases? If so which packs iyo are still worth it. Also any other new mods released recently you'd recommend.
