I checked it in Chrome. Have you ever used mediafire before? Mediafire comes with unwanted advertisements. You can either go through that how they want you to go through it or copy it to your browser, then remove everything before [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that'll bypass the advertising.

It looks like you have to sign in before you can download the mod. Since nogrip is gone i don't have a better link, sorry.
I am sharing updated link for SCC Prototypes Mod v2.49c for GTR 2 which is updated from the previous v2.41 as it contains seasons from 1995 to 2010. Please delete any previous versions of the mod, if installed. All credit belongs to the creators of this mod. Follow the link given below & enjoy!
