Reputation means nothing. Just because you reach a certain milestone in rep points doesn't mean you're automatically part of a certain group. You need to be an Authorised Member to access the downloads. Ask the admins/mods on how to be a Authorised Member. And if you were banned before, you better have learned your lesson. Because most banned users don't get a second chance!
