Greetings from California
Hello everybody. My name is Alan Li and I am 24 years old. I live San Diego, USA. Yup, the weather is amazing, even for California. Currently I only play GTR2, but I own GTL and will probably get Assetto Corsa or GSC 2013. I was invited to this forum by Kalinin/Will Mazeo, who I raced against in the Nogrip GTR2 league. I only started simracing competitively 4 months ago. I am on the slow side, but I am very careful and it isn't a problem if we go into a corner side-by-side. I can race on Sundays.
I don't know much about modding but I would love to help out and learn. Ultimately, I would like to learn about creating 3D models and physics, but for now I think I can probably contribute by helping find/edit sound files. I am a beginner audiophile so I always pay close attention to the sounds of a mod. I created a skin for myself, but I am no artist. I can hunt down decals on google though .
I am here to find a good league for me. Ideally, I would like a GT class with many roughly-evenly matched cars. I think it is more fun to race against several different cars. It's not a problem if I have limited access to mods, but I do want to try a mod before joining a series. I can't guarantee I will join a series, but I am more interested in the racing/ mod creation than downloading mods.
My other hobbies are hiking, watching American football, and ultimate frisbee.

Hello fellow racer from NoGrip! You will love it here, maybe the guys aren't as fast as on NoGrip but grids are twice as big here and you have much more options for championships. +1
