Hello everyone some of you might know me from Racedepartment and the supertouring conversions i've done.I have a lot of supertouring content that will also come to the gtr2 mod.I have conveted the stw 96-97 seasons and will covert the satc 1995-1996 aswell as the remaining stcc 2000 cars.Also i've sent to Simon the superturismo sudamericano 1997-2000 skinpack conversion that i've made.I'm currently working on the astc 1995 and have made a few cars

Couple things. I only race offline so do a lot of tinkering, but at NoGrip I have designed a custom Super Touring menu interface (requires a GTR2 UI mod. Link to that included) here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I have also re-done the AI talent files for most seasons to create closer racing, would there be any objection off of you Simon in me releasing them? I will happily PM them across if you wish to test first.

Excellent news. Did I also see a while back that you had also done the '94 STW Cup BMWs?

No the stw 94 pack was started by baika and the 96 stw season is also his work that i converted.He did tell me that he has started making the audi 80's for that season.I must say that i never thought that i would be able to convert the stw cars.The stw 98 from you and simon motivated me

Satori made it by editing the 4 door, AndreasFSC could probably but it in Race07

V5.0 = Supertouring feat BTC-T...?

That will come seperately, the cars are all ready, the production cars are skinned with a few updates and I'm ready to test the championship and updated track pack. STW 1999 is also finished.

Nice. Been having some fun with v4.0 of the mod. Currently racing a BTCC 2000 season. And to hear that the BTC-T cars are being put forward is fantastic. Started watching the BTCC in 2001, so those were the cars I saw first. Looking forward to using them at last.

Just a quick announcement that i have released the converted stw 96-97 seasons for Race 07 and Simon will include the skins in the next version of the mod

Along with the astc 95 and 95 spa 24hours i will make a big btcc pack featuring the 1991-1992 and the converted 1993 seasons.Cars like the sierra sapphire and early carina however will not be included as they are not availabe

BTW, after installed DTM v3.5 & DTM 2013, this happened to all ST cars: 2587: Entered VehGraphics::Init(GAMEDATA\TEAMS\SUPERTOURING\AUDI A4\ASTC 1997 AUDI SPORT AUSTRALIA\..\AUDI_A4_97.CAS)
vehgfx.cpp 2631: Unable to read C:\USERS\USER\DOCUMENTS\GTR2\USERDATA\LOG\vehgen.scn: Error loading texture AMBIENTSHADA
vehgfx.cpp 2684: Could not find instance "SLOT000"

I will fix this properly in the next version, for now just place this DDS in Gamedata/Teams [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

First post is now updated with version 5.1 - please read for installation instructions as there is a new format.
Also I have added the 1995 skin packs created by Satori - STW, CIVT, CET, FFSA and FIA World Cup to the skin pack addon folder. Link to the main folder is in the first post and you will find the skins in the folder Add-on Skin Packs - Super Touring.

Updates to Satori's skins:
All skins packed into .GTR files - entire download just 26mb
Renamed some incorrectly spelt driver names.
Talent files for all the series - remember to only run the specific ones for the cars you are driving if you want the most realistic results.

The other packs that were previously available are also being worked on (STW 1998 and European STC 2000-01)
STW 1996,1997 and 1999 are in game but I need to finish the Talent files.
Australian super touring 1998 early WIP

It does mate I agree I plan to do the liveries from Silverstone Classic (done most, got a few M3s etc to do), happy to work with you on that one if possible?

Downloaded v5.1 however the sounds folder is corrupt and i can't extract the files.Looking forward to the upcoming skinpacks.The mod has become even better.Great work!

I would think that you could use the original sounds from v4.0, if you have it? They shouldn't be that much different.
