Hello from Texas, USA
Hello -
My name is Rob Bailey, and I live in Corpus Christi, TX. I am a sim racer, but not a modder. I got started with GPL in 2001. I spent most of my time on GPL, GTR2, and iRacing. Work and health issues have taken me away from sim racing for a few years, but I am excited about the updates to Automobilista and Assetto Corsa.
I found your site through a Youtube video by Vortlas which listed your GT3 mod as one of the Top 5 for AMS. Thank you for your work on it. I look forward to trying it on AMS as well as your mods for the old GTR2 sim. There is something special about GTR2 that I can't get away from.
I am on the slow side, so I enjoy racing offline where the AI won't laugh at me. I enjoyed being part of the RaceSimCentral community back in the day, and look forward to being involved with you guys.
Thank you again for your work keeping this great sim alive. I was really impressed by the original content, but I did not have the time to invest in learning a lot of unfamiliar tracks. The mods solve that problem.
cheers!

Welcome Rob!
Good intro and I hope we finally got the forum rules clear enough for avatars and signature blocks. Looks to be working.
Spent some time in Corpus when I had a Navy Helo squadron there. Great place. Great folks.
Big welcome. Enjoy the site.
