Showing 1st Place in class question
Hi, i'm driving a GTE car in TUDOR offline championship but i don't know how to set the gdb file to show my position in first or second etc in car class.
Have a solution for this, or GTR2 doesn't have this option?
For example,
i'm currently in 1st on GTE class, but for the championship in still in 16th position. Show only in full standing table.
Someone have an idea or suggestion?
Tks a lot

Re: Showing 1st Place in class question
Good afternoon,
I realise this post is pretty old but I'll answer it incase someone else has the same problem in future.
So the answer lies in the relationship between the Championship File and the car file.
Best example is to open one of the original GTR2 championships eg. Offical 2003 and a car that was in that championship from each of the classes (this will show you what lines of text need to be in sync.)
So your championship file should have a line of text something similar to..
SpecialClasses
GT_2003 = GT1
NGT_2003 = NGT
CategoryLists = 2
GT_2003
NGT_2003
And then a few blocks of text similar to..
SeasonScoringInfo_GT1
1st = 10
2nd = 6
3rd = 4
WeightPenalty_GT1
1st = 10kg
2nd... etc etc.
You will need to make sure that the car your using, at the bottom of its file will say what category it fits into
eg.
Classes=GT_1, Monza3, Anderstop3
Aslong as your cars 'class' matches up with the champ files 'category' you sould get a championship that allows you to view individual class points at the end of each race. Want more classes? - Just add more lists.
Hope this helps.
Matt.
