Where I'm from - Philippines

Sim games I play - GTR 2 current, rF2 in the future

How I knew about EEC team - GT3 base mod for GTR2

Do I race online? - No, internet is very weak in this country

Enough time to run on Sundays? - reason above, and I'm a senior in high school, = very busy

Knowledge on modding and skinning - Tweaking engine and handling by fusing different mod elements (like a hybrid Gran Turismo car), modifying .aud files to match real life

Any problem if I'm only given access to -some- mods - Not too much of an issue, but it'd be nice to fiddle with more mods for my personal GTR 2 save

Am I here only to grab mods? - No, I want to help the community by providing some decent experience in modding.

Few words about me - thrifty, need money for a nice graphics card, senior in HS, amateur mod-tweaker
