Hello from UAE

Hey everyone, Gerard Hatfield here, 33yo living in Dubai, UAE although was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia.

I'll try and keep this on point to the questions asked..........

I've been sim racing since the 90's, Geoff Crammonds F1 series, Papyrus Nascar and Indy Games. Currently playing, RRE, Iracing, Rfactor2, AC and have just got back into the simbin games, GTR2, Race07 etc which lead me to the EEC website.

I have no experience with high end modding, although I do sometimes tend to tinker with certain games and at times create skins but I wouldn't say the quality is very good. It's more for enjoyment. I have just got back into GTR2 because I want to run some endurance races offline with a friend, and then perhaps get into some online races as the timezone here in Dubai, Euro servers suit me best with times.

I look forward to the possibility at looking at some of the mods here and do plan to hang around like a bad smell! Will see you guys in the forums and hopefully out on the track.

Almost forgot.... Hobbies, well motorsport is a big interest and being close to the Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina in AD I tend to get out there often and watch races. I work in the fitness industry so that takes up a bit of interest and time, and of course I like sim racing!
