My name's Jake. I used to have a reputation for irritating people on the internet but since I closed my Twitter I'm in need of new ways to do it!

I have GTR2 and will be trying some new mods etc.

I do motorsport journalism and PR and design and stuff like that in 'real life' and I'm much better at that than I am sim driving, at which I am shite.

So, you are here for grabbing mods?

I'm sorry, I didn't realise that this was another forum full of snarky idiots who aren't welcoming to new members... It's nice to see you too...

Having rules like 'ten line introductions' is crazy - do I have ten lines to say about myself? No. Is my full name my actual name on the forum? Yes. I've done maybe five online sim races in my entire life - four of which ended when an idiot took me out at the start, the other one I won. I'm not sure there's much else to say.

If you're here to make a joke about your presentation and just to grab the mods and go out again, you came to the wrong adress. We are not here to get our time wasted by people like you.

You could have helped yourself a big deal with actually following the rules, seems you didn't and still don't want to do that.

We all follow the same rules, no matter who you are, if you don't follow them, you're out, simple as that.

And it's clear you don't have respect for your friend either.

To make it clear:
We have a reason why we have those rules. We don't want gimme gimme, we don't want grabbers. This is a modding and online racing community, not a stuff storage site. People came here, told they want to race with us, got access and never appeared again.
Also just saying Hi! and telling about what nice computer someone has isn't really the interest. Our Forum is private and so you have to respect the rules we've set here. So if you respect that, you're welcome, if you don't respect it, you're not welcome.

even the friends of admins, mods or modders have todo the procedure here, but if someone here who say that he invited someone he can have faster access

Yeah. Sorry for the hard welcome man. We just want to avoid problems and sice some days ago was decided that we'd have to take a bit harder on new members. Hope you understand.

I understand there are c*nts on the internet (trust me, I was a member of Ten-Tenths forum) but I don't think it's necessary to be so harsh on someone saying hello to you guys.

Maybe - the problem is time. Plus, having all the right mods at the right time might be a problem. Do you guys have many issues with idiots at turn one? In five of the six races I've ever done (or similar) I've been tanked at T1.

No worries about mods. The ones we use to race online are made only to these races, there isn't updates all the time. We are going to have a WEC league soon, it will be 2 hours races and they start at 20:00 CET (practice) race starts at 21:00 CET, but I don't know if it will be open again later, some people here are working on correct physics for prototypes, that's why the time to join the league was limited. But we have others like GT Open (90min races), WTCC (2x25min races) and a league with original GTR2 cars (2 hours races) that will start soon. All leagues happens on sundays.
There are always first corner incidents. Pretty normal in any forum. I avoid them all even if I start in the mid of the mess, so I believe most of time people have to keep themselves safe rather than wait others to think on you when they move.

By the way, we are a friendly forum and try to keep things in peace. Nobody here is an "idiot" for creating an incident on first corner. Getting people to race online in GTR2 is hard most of times, our grid is growing, 19 cars in today's race in Fuji, WEC is easily going close to 25 per race, would be terrible to lose people because of insults. Just sayin...

Sadly I work in 'actual' motorsport so Sunday evenings are pretty much a no go
