That's a rather open ended up question, I think.
HQ pack makes improvements to the game. So it'll change your experience whichever mod you use.
Unless I'm not understanding something specific.
LOL on the Russian AC guy...I totally missed that.
Yeah I guess my question wasn't said in a correct way. I was mainly wondering if the HQ Anniversary physics and HQ graphical changes would apply to the 2000-2009 mod ?

Re: FIA GT 2000 - 2009 collection mod [new version of Exige 300RR released]
So anything that you overwrite with the HQ patch would apply.
Graphicswise it has a shader pack that would apply.
Anything that is specific to the cars and tracks in the HQ pack wouldn't apply I believe. The cars in the HQ pack have specifics tweaked graphics, their own engine and tires.
I think this mod has its own handling. I don't think it has anything in common with the HQ pack, but I could be wrong.
You could for example go through all your .hdc and change the tires and engines to HQ pack tires and engines. However, I think the best thing is to try it and see.
I run the 2 together and it looks pretty good.

Okay, thanks. As far as I know the physics of the OG Simbin cars included in the 2000-2009 mod are unchanged. I tried the 550 BMS at spa and did a 2:12.x on the base setup so that's definitely not modified for me.

Ok, so that's car specific. So you can transfer over the HQ changes to the FIA GT mod if you so wished.
I don't think the FIA GT mod is standard simbin, or at least some of the cars are/aren't. I found a 360 very hard to drive in this mod, where it's not in the original game. Also, there's been some issue with some cars like engines etc.
This is the beauty of GTR2. You can tailor race series to make it a proper race series for you. No other game can do this.

Yeah it's amazing. But what do you mena by "issues with some engines" ?
Edit: Also another question I have, is there not any AI or physics changes in this 2000-2009 mod ? It isn't specified in the credits

AI changes, would be changes to the game. So I think no.
Physic changes I think yes. It's all balanced to work together.
This is the big difference between say AC and GTR2. AC is just random cars brought together then artificially controlled to race competitively. GTR2 cars are tweaked to race like a proper race would. So maybe physic changes go without saying?
If you read through the whole thread you'll find instances of quirks or changes this mod has. Page 13/14 for example we discuss a gearbox issue.
My advice is to install this on top of the HQ mod, then see what you don't like about this mod and input HQ changes to it.

Use a trace file or if not work out which car is causing the ctd.

FIA GT mod release topic - please no posts here
What part of 'please no posts here' do you not ****ing understand? You're getting responses on this thread, so why post where you've been asked not to post?
If it's a different track, it's probably the track then. You probably need to change it or do a trace.............but i'm getting the feeling you can't be bothered to do that.

Is the Saleen Mustang used in this mod the same as Syllphide car?
Thinking about painting a car I have always liked
Cheers

Yes, but this version has been improved.
Will Syllphide template work then?
I was hoping to use the car from 1999 with the different rear wing
Cheers
Also does anyone have a LMRT Pagani Zonda template? I know it's a different mod but seemed pointless making a new thread
Thanks
