My opinion is that the "burning" engine was more powerful (is the 3rd column higher?) and during a race the car had an higher average rpm in this way the car was more subject to overheating.

You should have increased the cooling values in your engine in order to fix it.

The reason for that overheating is the fuel consumption, it's too high (100 liter -> 37 minutes at Spa).
More fuel consumption -> more heating.
You can change the FuelComsumption=6.95 to 4.95 in the eng-file. After that you'll have one hour
at Spa with full tank and engine temps under 90°.

¿and the skins of the 22 hockenheim and hungaroring are already made
¿the 5 eschmann of oschersleben already did it?

The Belmondo vipers were nearly finished by me. I will finish those(some details to add)
I will have a look at these cars you uploaded.
As far as remaining skins go i want to finish the base ones and then i will do some alternate ones such as the Monza skins with the different numberplate and the Carbon Chamberlain Vipers.

Basically i can open up a 3d model of the car in photoshop and work on the textures(a psb file working in the same way as when you want to wdit the contents of a smart object). Then i can see the 2d and 3d textures ans align graphics much faster than before.

didn't you use the ALT-TAb trick before ? have photoshop and GTR2 open and when saving a skin ALT-TAB in game, switch to another vehicle and then back to the working one to test / make adjustments

It is much faster to have the bare shell loaded in 3dsimed to preview a skin than it is to constantly alt tab out of the game.

And it is even more faster to use X file opened in Deep Exploration as it will reload .psd file automatically every time when you save it.

So, generally, which file I need to copy from default GTR2 to fix it?

For McLaren it's not a problem with texture, it's problem with z-buffering (it happens when car is far from camera location).
