the very first FIA GT race in 97 has been just uploaded on youtube , over 40 min in case needed for some obscure backmarkers , like that silver Venturi

the # 33 of cirtek only ran the zolder races of 1999 # 37 and 2000 with the same design I don't know but I have this image of the rkdg mod, postscript I have the mod if we need something with pleasure

If you download the 97-98 carpack, the Venturi is already finished. In fact if I'm not mistaken, every car that ran at Hockenheim is represented in that carpack. The only thing missing really from the 97 skins is the number plates that they used at Hockenheim only, the majority of the 97 skins in the pack have the later ones, used from Silverstone onwards.

You are right Kris, every car that ran at Hockenheim in 1997 is included in the carpack.

The commentator says that there are 3 but looking at the results it lists it as Chamberlain still. So my guess is that Chamberlain bought that Viper from Oreca and hadn't changed the livery yet. As that same car turns up in Blue later in the season. I'm also thinking that Viper is probably to '96 specification with the '97 GT2 engine in it. Because in the video that 3rd Viper is staying with the 2 Oreca cars but isn't really challenging them.

ah ok sorry as there are no photos, because thought it was incomplete

you know that happened with the mod of 99 I had found a document in excel but I lost what was missing

Picked up this mod a few days ago and I've been loving it, great job everyone who worked to make this.
Been working through the British GT 2000/01 seasons on YT recently so it's cool to have access to the same kind of cars

Many thanks for these cars, it's really made me happy to see them since I started GTR2 again. But I seem to have a problem on my end, it looks like missing the textures on something. I'm not sure what is missing or why this only happens to some cars.

I'm not blaming the modders, I noticed this happening on other cars from my folders. I want to ask if someone has the answer of what am I missing?

I had this graphical issue too, but the guys here helped me solve it. Check page 2 of this thread, I think the fix is still there.

Thank you. So this isn't a texture issue then? I have to learn the problem to fix the other cars with it

The fix from page 2 makes cars it affects not viewable in showroom, but they still work on track

Yeah, this bug doesn't appear for me so I don't know how to fix it sadly.

Test Drive LeMans was not a good game, but that's ok. I want to ask some questions for help however. Is there a good functioning LeMans track for GTR2 with the layout between 1991 and 2000? @nd question is has someone already done these skins?

But my last question I'm not sure on the way to ask it. When I was looking for cars to include in this from my archived install I used LMGTP cars from LeMans1999 as well. One of them is from Prototypes SCC I remember. Another I had made a conversion from Forza models for myself, but the 3rd one I think is probably from Assetto Corsa? Or maybe rFactor2. It's missing the eng and grb and tyr files. I want to ask if there's a GTR2 convert of those 2 cars in particular that I am allowed to use with permission but I'm a little scared to make a mistake on this.

I mention 3 LMGTP cars from 1999 but there was also supposed to be Sintura S99 in that race too. Did anyone ever make that car for the game?

1. No but Test Drive LM 2 on the dreamcast was a really good game ...........for it's time. There was some really good racing to be had. I did try it quite recently though and...........yeah nostalgia.

2. Not sure on tracks, not the best person to ask.

3. These skins = 1997 Lister LM skins? If so............don't they come with the mod? They're done for sure.

4. You're being a bit vague.......... All 3 GTP cars are in the SCC mod. However F302s Toyota is maybe a bit more accurate. What files are you missing?

5. I have no idea about the S99 being at LM. Sadly it hasn't been converted. There is an old model in an old game though. It's a GT spec car in line with 1997 style cars in my opinion. It wouldn't have been competitive in 1998 LM. Let alone 1999 LM.

All of this is a bit off topic though..............and this thread needs to stay streamlined. So maybe start something in requests?
