Coverting RF2 tracks to AMS or GSCx...possible?

Hey guys....still new here , so forgive my stupidity if I missed any threads on this topic. There are some tracks I drive in RF2 ( mostly 3rd party ) that I think would be awesome in AMS/GSCx and was wondering if that's possible without major work involved? Just off the top of my head , some of the Euesko tracks like salem Valley and Pocyopark mainly , but there are a few others which I can't remember the names.
