yep. mistake by me again. damn it. doubled that entry by mistake. remove that stuff in the cas and it's done.

OK during a 239 lap race with the EEC GT3 mod the race never went into darkness, it stayed light the entire race. I have changed the settings in daylight acceleration to 60x. All other mods including the GTR2 default series changes from day to night 4 times or more, what is wrong? Thanks.

I have said in another thread, that I wouldn't ever play with a keyboard, due to my g25 has died on me.
But at the same time, I must have my racing fix, or I will suffer from withdrawal, so that's what I did today

Anyway, I have a question. What file do I need to alter to reduce the dirt on the windscreen?
Even during formation lap it gets cluttered. Way to much in my opinion.

then you dont drive in max or high settings, the lodc chassis is just used with low and mid settings! on high or max loda and lodb will be loaded only

Patriot is correct, you have either player or opponent detail at low/med setting.

However, it's an easy fix anyway. It looks like the bad material needed to be replaced with another as the same part on loda and lodb
has a different material name.

Just download the file and extract to the Mercedes directory.

Audi Update 3.08 added. Be aware to have the Update 3.07 still installed to use it. For the skinners and painters it includes a updated window-template for the Ultra car. It contains only the newer files to reduce my work with huge filesizes caused by the templates.

I have a problem with the R8 Ultra

Error loading mesh file AUDI_R8ULTRA_WINGLET_LF_2_2.GMT to memory
Could not find instance "SLOT000"

update 3.05 to 3.08 installed

The solution is a couple of pages back in the thread. But what it is: in the .cas-file there is a line where it says ........_<5>_<5> . Delete the second five and underscore and you should be fine
