----If you wanna edit your old lambo skin for the FL2 version (like ADAC_2014 for example) -----

The body1 must be = xxxxx_LAMBORGHINI_LP560_BODY1 and use the genstring for FL2 version

IMPORTANT
---DO NOT USE--- xxxxx_LAMBORGHINI_FL2_BODY1.dds as a main body

Keep in mind for the Lambo, that the rearwing parts were adjusted in location of mapping for all versions, so the logos are displaced. If you wanna use the old skins you need a readapt that areas in painting or replace and readapt the 3d rearwingparts with the old version. The template needs to be replaced aswell inlcuding shadowmask if you do the 3d-file-way Also Body2 needs to be redone for all old skins because of the new mapping for all cars.

Totally Agree with that, also for others cars too, many parts need to readapt I just saying the body1 like and advice ,but YES some parts must be readjust , anyway its just a matter of time, not big problem

i remapped a lot things because i think a lot mappings were useless, also because of some changes there were no need for some textures anymore and so some stuff were removed from some textures, this free place i used...

for example on the 458, i added a lot 3d stuff (crash, to see it ) and so the body1 template was very clean... there i added all the things from the old second texture...

Is there any chance of a template for the McLaren with wireframe/shading/paint on separate layers?

And with the updated 2013 (hood?)-shading+wireframe. For now old and new are the same in that place.

they are on own layers, one with frame, one with shading etc

Ah, but I have tried opening the .PSD in GIMP and there are no separate layers. Is this right?

if i remember right gimp have problems with psd files...

then you will need help by others, i dont have the time to split the files and upload them one by one... one car ok but not more

Dang, I had a feeling it was something like this. Any help from anyone greatly appreciated!

Edit: Fixed this by opening the template in paint.net and saving as .psd. Layers appeared. Now for a little painting!
