Where I can join to the online Championship?

You need to be added to the drivers group. Not sure if the 10 reputation points counts to get there. Rules aren't that clear now as an open mod area was made just a few days ago. Wait a bit and let's see what Daniel says. I'm not sure if he is in home now.

When I will be able to join the race? 

after reach 10 rep points u can have access to the mod sections and read and answer on league topics...

when u want to race u have to write in the league topics then

What exactly I need to write?

if you want to join our races, you have to look in the league section (the part where our races are organized):

here is the WTCC league for example, we have our next race on this Sunday. If you would like to race with us, just get the mod and the track, select a guest car (as only the selected skins are uploaded, but there is 2 guest car for new drivers) and start practising on the server. But please tell us which guest car you choose, so that car will be yours for the weekend. (to get the mod and the track, you have to be in the Drivers group, the admins will do it as soon as possilble. Your nickname will be written with green when it happened.)
