All of those skins I have in the old EEC GT3 mod are useless now ?

Plus on top of that all new skins will have to be made for this new mod ?

some will work without problems, like alpina or corvette, some have to make new like mclaren and some have to remade to fit the new template like ferrari or lambo

Corvette does need a little bit of tweaking, also glad the blurry hood was fixed

The cars look noticeably better, sound better, and stuff like shine/opacity is more consistent across models.

It's a bummer that a lot of old skins won't work on this version, but I'm not complaining, will be keeping the old mod on a different GTR2 install.  Started messing with the new templates by trying to paint my favorite car, kudos on the (scratch-made?) shading layers for the new models.

Would the old skins work if things like CAS, HDC-files are changed in the CAR-files?? Or is it needed that the skins are adapted??

try it

check the file names, no skin will work with the wrong file name, even when the slot number is right like i already wrote, some older skins will work and others you have to redo or adapt...

useless to use a old car file with just adding the new cas names etc, you will have problems with that... always create a new car file! theres a test car for every model, you can use them as base, change the genstring to the right options you need etc

Not really normal no, and I guess it's due to your internet connection, but can't say for sure. But if I where you I would try to google it or ask on another forum which is specialised in uploading vids and internet connection and stuff...

stupid if you make a vid with 39gb

use a video editor to make a smaller file, mp4 for example 720p ~ 120mb
