Just got a new Computer

Hey everyone hope you are all well!
Like the title suggests I have recently got my self a new computer for the first time since 2008 so yey!
I can finally play the bigger mods and bigger grids! i can do 55 car races at Le Mans for instance
But i am missing something that i simply can not find
dose anyone have the 7th Gear Update for GTR2 in English please? i can not find it anywhere
