Converting rFactor tracks to AM

Okay, so I've got Simulador Turismo Carretera, and I'd like to put the tracks from it into AutoMobilista.
I'm entirely new to all of this so I'm not quite sure where to start, but I'vebeen told it's not too difficult to do. I've downloaded the rFactor tools add on and have converted the TC tracks from it to GSC13. What must be done from this point on?
