i have a couple questions.

i was installing some mods. and one of them changed the Game.dic langue file. i wondering if anyone car send me a default English one. im also looking for information on the bathurst race this weekend or do i have not enough rep points to view that yet? Mods can move if in wrong spot

Yeah unfortunately there is some bureaucracy to join our races, I said a few times we should change that...
I see this file is listed in the Config file but I can't find it to upload. Encrypted?
Would this line change it?

What does the game.dic file do ? I have never heard about it before.

I suppose you have a GTR2 cd with the correct file? So, just make a clean temporary  install in a new directory (e.g. C:/GTR2temp) and copy-paste the file you need again in your normal GTR2 directory.

sorry im talking about gtr2. and what do you mean some bureaucracy to join in you mean? what steps do i need to take?

from what i have gotten it changes the language of the game. thats what i doing. but since i only have the steam copy. i had to torrent it and do that temp install. not exactly the way i wanted to do it.

I meant what you already did it should be simplier to join

Thats the one i was hoping to run!(i suck at the track). kinda feel it out you know. do you know where the track is so i can do laps anyways? or is that in the private sections as well?

Can someone repost english game.dic file? I have the same problem as OP, I am using steam version and the only way to get english language back is to reinstall whole thing, which would mess up all the mods, so there should be easier way to get game.dic file. the one posted here is dead link currently?

I had a mod that changed the in game hud to German, I think it was the IMSA Audi. Does anybody know how to change that back?
