GT4 Mod v1.6

Mate, thanks a lot for your feedback and tips!

I used the Steam repair tool and that seemed to fix things, guess I was missing some file.
Will check all skins soon, and if necessary do the .veh files from scratch.
Update coming soon though, to add the KTM, and hopefully the updates from Cesar for the AMG and Mustang

Glad all is fine. It gets real frustrating at times.

You did awesome on the mod man! I am thinking maybe it might be clashing with one of my other mod's. I'm going to try the steam / verify files thing on this. It has caught a couple weird issues before , so maybe this will fix it. I have another skin mod here ( don't remember which one ) but in that specific one , it's giving me half the field of F1 cars , the other half is the mini cooper and something else haha. Weird stuff haha!

 Check the the corresponding SRS-file ( Series-Folder) and allow classes only (Vehicle Filter), you want.
The right classes you will find  in the VEH-Files of your wanted cars.

Here some updates on AMG GT4.
Also add TOW in Mustang, McLaren and BMW M4

Hey Audifan......I did have a chance to get into my game , and I verified all my files through Steam. There were a few bad files , which was kind of expected , since I have quite a few mods installed. I wasn't able to get the Ford , Mclaren or Mercedes working yet. BUT.....to me , it doesn't really matter , because I'm having a blast racing around in the other 3 cars. I don't really drive the Aston Martin in to many other mod's or sims.....but man , this little GT4 car here , in this mod , is a hoot! The Porsche too is a sweet ride as well!

We have a intruder on the mod!

For the existing cars anyone know where on the template i can find this little bit for the aston?


Also a couple of WIP from the Euro GT4 series, more on the way
not the best skins in the world but this mod is too good not to have some extra cars!

Would be nice to see some updates for this mod.

This should help with your skin problem with the Aston. Marked it red on the skin.
The green marker is just above the area you are trying to find

Thanks will have a look if its a flat colour in that area its fine but logos ect seem to have that back ground "bubble" in there.

Lots of oher skins to do and in WIP to come back to this lovely chrome beast!

The areas I highlighted (green/red) are actually split into two panels on the dds.

So if you were to put a big logo there then it would be a split logo on the design if that makes sense.

When I colored in the squares and took a look I noticed distortion. If you want to put a logo there I would try putting a bit lower, sort of under/next to the light.

This area is a general problem with most mods but I'm sure you will come right.

I found an older version of the template I believe is the base mod and added some wires for the rear wing section. whether its not full 100% correct maybe?
Will recheck next time i jump in PS and do some more for the skin set

Put the 3rd character in the genstring to 0 and it will be wingless

My bad, I'm used with the PCARS version from GTR2 wich doesn't have wingless version

Didn't pay attention to its genstring in AMS before, ty
