Because original reiza physics are to twitchy & jittery for my taste.
Im talking about steering.

The physics in the current version are a conversion from the GTR 2 ones, Uli worked on new physics but he left us unfortunatly....

Man i can tell right away. For my money gtr2 has a lot smoother steering. Although im driving with gamepad.
So i can tell only from my angle.
When im driving rFactor or GSCX some cars (original) have strange behavior.
Snap-back during corrections etc...
THX for reply.

The physics he was working on would make the cars more like Reiza cars (especially the Ferrari x Porsche mod). They aren't  twitchy & jittery they just need more "correct" driving (smooth imput from drivers) and a good setup Wink

I'm a simdriver for a long time now... I can set up a car pretty good.
But still some cars behave unexpectedly at times. Especially when making steering corrections.
Everything is ok. Next thing i know im Verstappen my self to wall or barrier... Razz

Well I'm always trying to learn what to do, been racing for a very long time too and I found out I was taking some settings wrong this last week, this helped me to take some GT cars in rF2 better and to drive the Boxer Cup fine yesterday in our test race despite being in that track for the first time Wink
As long as you don't try to go over the limits of the car they'll behave as expected IMO, this is acually something I don't like much in current physics, there is nearly 0 punishment if you drive the car "wrong", our physics guy was changing that, too bad he had to stop modding.

I agree 100% with you. The problem is in those cases when i dont go over, or even near the limit. In some cases.
And i im left in shock. Asking my self WTF?

I know. this is a big problem. I've restarted some cars and made this much better IMHO. Not overdone though.

I'll send you some cars this weekend or next week (Depends when i have to work/Kart)

Thanks for the convert Markkonen82, much appreciated.
Has anyone created some proper AMS loading screens for the track?
