i am an GTR2 Offline driver. Living not to far away from the Nordschleife. Very interested in GT4 and VLN.
As i am no good in 3d or skinning, i tried to make some other stuff for GTR2 (like gim, gtrshifter) and now in process to build an 3dof seat (controlled by arduino).
Another project is an career mode for Race and GTR, which i now convert from perl scripts into an full Windows App (with an smartphone / tablet addon).
Some of my stuff can be found on other GTR sites or on my web page.

my projects will generate an seat which will simulate gforces. Those figures are shared by GTR2 / RACE07 in the Shared Memory (which is also used by XD an other). I am reading them out, sending them via usb/serial to the arduino, this one converts it via 2x HBridges to two wiper motors, which are positioning the seat.
a good source for such topic is the x-simulator.de page.
But i am to help, infact i am ready with my seat (software,electronic) just need to make some fixing on the mechanic on my next holidays.
but i am happy to share knowhow.
