Re: hello everybody
It's actually quite straight forward Len. Do it as a point form if that
is easier for you Also, you could look at how others have done it.

What's your real name, age? Matthew Morris 23
From where you are? Dudley(West Midlands)
Which Sim games do you play? mostly GTR2 and rFactor
How did You know about EEC Team? found the link in the signature of a fellow member from another forum
Do you ever race online? No, never
Do you have enough free time to run on sundays? no
Do you know something about modding, skinning? No
Any problem for you if we give access only for some Mods? maybe a little cause I like been able to see all the mods and pick what I'm going to download
Are you here only to grab mods and then leave us? No, use the mods on my game for the fun of driving the cars
Please, write a few words about you (hobbies, sports, job, etc): I am a big football fan and play a lot of games on Xbox 360 and PS3

Re: hello everybody
he said he isnt going to race so perhaps we should shoot him (kamuro style?)
just kidding!
I don't do the modding so maybe just modders should give you the points. Time will show, welcome

Re: hello everybody
when i find the member who gives minus reputation points, i will add the rule for ban at -10 reputation points and give him on every post he writes a - ... then at -10 he will have a lot of fun here!
u should help the new registered guys, show them what they have todo, when they write 4 to small presentations show them a better one instead of give - ! or i will start and give u - for every shit u will write here

Re: hello everybody
If I'm not satisfied with what he writes, I have all the rights to give him a minus point of reputation. Also, this is a big no from me. He clearly said he's here just to grab mods. Maybe he will never leave, but he will just wait to get full access in order to download as much shit as he can.PATR10T wrote:when i find the member who gives minus reputation points, i will add the rule for ban at -10 reputation points and give him on every post he writes a - ... then at -10 he will have a lot of fun here!

That's not what EEC was originally created for. Remember that Daniel.
I repeat what I wrote. If the presentation is not satisfying I have all the rights in the world to give him a minus point. We are not here to beg people to join by "acting nice" to them.
If they want to race with you on GTR2 they're welcome. If they're here to grab mods they're not. You wrote rules to have gimmie gimmie on this site? Fine. New users have to respect those rules or get out of here; it's not that hard.

Re: hello everybody
I didn't like what he did either, especially cuz he is from England and can understand the site pretty well, no help for that would be needed. But I think giving negative points is not the right thing to do for the new guys. If the presentation is bad just help them to do a good one, even if obvious, give them the link for the rules and that's it.
Need to stop treating people so bad.
And by the way welcome.

Re: hello everybody
I agree about being free to be critical if you don't like what or how things
are written but to do nothing more than issue a negative point hardly seems
productive. I speak/read English and I had to make adjustments to mine once
I understood what was being asked. This was the first forum I ever joined that
was this particular about new members coming in. There is nothing wrong with
the requirements here for joining, it's just that it was a new experience for me
and probably may be for others also. A golden rule for ALL forums is quite
simple regardless of interest and that is that it is only as good as it's members
make it.

He was turfed from F1c because after repeated warnings not to post
pics of other's work as his own, he did it again at Imt and even got
commended for his work! The admins at F1c found out and booted him.
Can't imagine who the little birdy was that ratted out the rat? teehee

he had just been admonished (again) for doing it at F1c when right
after...literally, he posted the same (claimed as his own) pics at Imt!
I told the admin & the owner of the pics and *poof* bye-bye Emre
There's now a guy that goes by the name "Russian Boy" doing very
similar things there
